Bench-Monkey

The vacuum has been filled. There are now pictures in my DA account, and my mind can relax again. Mostly they are a little old, but I shall keep adding in the (probably) vain hope that anyone will ever look. Yay! I always forget how much I enjoy drawing.... I realise I'm not great, but I won't get better if I don't practice, right? Practice ahoy! I do love working with pencils in particular. I have tried other mediums, but they feel too .. uncontrolled? Something like that. It's just so enjoyable to create a picture on a piece of paper, it's very similar to the sense of achievement I get after I had taken a lump of metal and created someth

So today I need to fill at least one of these empty spaces... It's depressing to come here and see emptiness, and that is all. I have things I want to finish and put up to give me a sense of achievement, but I obviously have not got to it yet. I will, though, eventually. I am not an artist, neither can I draw. I am a jeweller by profession, a bench monkey by nature, and honest enough to admit my mediocrity in life. It's ok though. I have fun. I'm pretty sure that's what matters. I draw random things that pop into my head at random times. I won't put it up unless I like what I have done. My drawing is bad, but some things I like, some thin
